Membership Information
Membership in the Episcopal Church of the Good Shepherd is by Baptism, Transfer, or Reception.  All persons, including children, desiring to receive the Sacrament of the Body and Blood of Christ, are welcome, and encouraged, to do so.  

To be considered a Member in Good Standing is to be: Baptized, Contributing, and a Regular Attender.

Weddings
Weddings at the Church of the Good Shepherd use our guidelines (Click here).  Premarital counseling (using the Prepare-Enrich Inventories), a membership connection, and advance notice are necessities.  In the Episcopal Church tradition, remarriage is possible without an annulment process.


Funerals
The Church of the Good Shepherd has published Guidelines for Funerals (Click here).  No one is turned away for a Funeral from the Church.  The parish also has a Columbarium located in the Children's Chapel.  Please contact the Parish Office for more information about the Columbarium.


Death and Dying
Preparation for death, spiritually and emotionally, as well as making plans, including instructions for medical care when dying, living wills, and wills, are essential elements.  No one wants decisions made for them, especially by others that one does not know or the State, particularly when dying.  For more information and forms, please click here.
